Ande ka Halwa Eggs, nuts and khoya make this sooji ka halwa rich and delicious This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Feb 2022 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Egg (anda) yolks, Ghee Cuisine Indian Course Mithais Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Ande ka Halwa 4 Egg (anda) yolks 2 tablespoons Ghee 1/4 cup + to garnish Mixed nuts , chopped 2 tablespoons Semolina (sjji) 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence 1/2 cup Khoya , grated 1/2 cup Castor sugar a pinch Saffron 1 teaspoon Green cardamom powder Method Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add mixed nuts and roast till fragrant. Add semolina, mix and roast for 1-2 minutes. Beat egg yolks. Add vanilla essence, beat again and add to the pan. Keep stirring. Add khoya and castor sugar, mix well and cook till the mixture thickens. Add saffron and cardamom powder and mix well.
