By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients Figs, Milk Cuisine Indian Course Desserts Prep Time 2-2.30 hour Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Anjeer Rabdi 1/2 cup Figs soaked and pureed 1/2 litres Milk (reduced buffalo) 1/2 cup Sugar 2 tablespoons Pistachios chopped 2 tablespoons Almonds chopped for garnish Pistachio slivers Method Heat the reduced milk in a non-stick pan till further reduced and thick. Stir continuously, scraping the sides of the pan. Add sugar, mix well and let it dissolve completely. Add fig puree, stir well to avoid lumps. Switch off heat, add chopped pistachios and almonds and mix well. Transfer the rabdi in a glass bowl and cool to room temperature. Refrigerate to chill. Garnish with pistachio slivers and serve chilled.
