Ingredients list for Anokhee Sev Puri

  • 14-15 Puris
  • 1/2 cup Sprouted Green gram
  • 1 Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 Potato boiled peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons Green chutney
  • 2 tablespoons Tamarind chutney
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Roasted peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander chopped
  • 1/4 cup Sev

Method

  1. Mix green gram along with tomato, onion and potato.
  2. Add in both chutneys along with salt, lemon juice, roasted peanuts and coriander leaves and mix well.
  3. Place the mixture on the puris and garnish it with sev and serve immediately.
