Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Grate apples with skin and add to the pan and saute for 4-5 minutes or till light brown. Break vermicelli and add, and saute for 1-2 minutes or till lightly browned. Add reduced milk, mix well and let the vermicelli cook. Add sweet condensed milk and mix well. Add green cardamom powder and almonds and mix well. Add sugar and mix well and cook till sugar melts.
