By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Jun 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Dried apricots, Raisins Cuisine Indian Course Pickles, Jams and Chutneys Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Apricot Chutney 1/2 cup Dried apricots chopped 1/4 cup Raisins 3/4 teaspoon Cinnamon powder 1/4 teaspoon Dry ginger powder (soonth) a pinch Clove powder 1/2 cup Sugar 1/4 cup Vinegar Method Mix together apricots, raisins, cinnamon powder, ginger powder and clove powder. In a medium saucepan, boil together one cup of water and sugar, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved. Add the apricot mixture and vinegar. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for ten minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool for five minutes. Serve warm.
