  • Colocassia boiled and peeled 10-12

  • Colocassia leaves 5-6

  • Oil 2 tablespoons

  • Spring onions with greens 2

  • Carom seeds (ajwain) ½ teaspoon

  • Asafoetida ¼ teaspoon

  • Ginger finely chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Garlic cloves finely chopped 6-8

  • Green chillies chopped 2-3

  • Gram flour (besan) 3 tablespoons

  • Yogurt 1 cup

  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

  • Turmeric powder ½

  • Dried mango powder 1 teaspoon

  • Fresh coriander leaves 5-6
