By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Avocado, Bread slices Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Avocado Sandwich ½ medium Avocado cut into thin slices 12 Bread slices ciabatta 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise 1 teaspoon Mustard paste 1 teaspoon Honey 1 medium Tomato cut into roundels 1 medium Cucumber cut into roundels to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns to serve Cream cheese 1 medium Onion cut into roundels to serve Banana chips to serve Tomato ketchup Method To prepare spread, take mayonnaise in a bowl. Add mustard paste and honey and mix well. Apply some prepared spread on 1 bread slice. Place tomato roundel, cucumber roundels and sprinkle some salt and crushed peppercorns on top. Apply some spread on another bread slice and place it spread side down over the cucumber roundel. Apply some cream cheese on top and place avocado slices and onion roundels on top. Sprinkle some salt and crushed peppercorns on top. Apply some cream cheese on a third bread slice and place it cheese side down over the avocado slice. Similarly, prepare with remaining bread slices. Serve the sandwiches with banana chips, tomato ketchup and remaining spread.
