By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Jan 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Babycorns, Refined flour (maida) Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Babycorn Fritters - SK Khazana 12-16 Babycorns 1 cup Refined flour (maida) 1/2 cup Rice flour 4 tablespoons Cornflour to taste Salt 1 pinch Black peppercorns crushed to deep fry Oil to serve Sweet chilli sauce to garnish Micro greens Method Take refined flour, rice flour, 2 tbsps cornflour, salt, black pepper powder add sufficient chilled water and mix well into a smooth and slightly thick batter. Heat sufficient oil in pan Take babycorn in a bowl, add remaining cornflour and mix well. Dip each babycorn in batter and deep-fry in oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
