Put crushed black peppercorns, crushed red chillies, salt and roughly chopped garlic in a mortar and crush them coarsely with a pestle. Transfer into a bowl, add parmesan cheese and mix well. Line a baking tray with a silicon sheet. Tightly wrap bacon rashers around the bread sticks. Arrange the bread sticks on the baking tray and cook in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or till bacon is well browned. Remove them from oven and immediately roll in the spiced cheese mixture.
