Mix turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and 2 tbsps oil and coat the brinjal slices with this mixture. To make the stuffing, grind together garlic, walnuts and 1 tbsp suva. Place the marinated brinjals on the griller, pour a little oil and cook, flipping sides, till golden. Heat the remaining oil in a non stick pan. Add the ground masala and a little water and mix well. Add the remaining suva, lemon juice, salt and mix well.Spread the stuffing on the brinjal slices and roll them. Arrange the rolls on a serving plate, garnish with some suva and serve.
