By Sanjeev Kapoor 12 Aug 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Bajra flour, Whole wheat flour (atta) Cuisine Gujarati Course Breads Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Bajra na Dhebra 1 cup Bajra flour + for dusting Whole wheat flour (atta) ½ cup ½ cup Fenugreek leaves (methi) cleaned 1 cup Yogurt 1¼ teaspoons Green chillies finely chopped 1½ teaspoons White sesame seeds ½ teaspoon Red chilli powder ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder to taste Salt for cooking Oil 1 teaspoon + Method Put bajra flour, wheat flour, fenugreek leaves, yogurt, green chillies, sesame seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt in a bowl. Mix well and knead into a soft dough. Add 1 teaspoon oil and knead again. Divide dough into equal portions and shape them into balls. Flatten the balls, dust with wheat flour and roll out into medium sized rotis. These are dhebras. Heat a non-stick tawa. Place each dhebra and cook for 2 minutes or till the underside is done. Flip, drizzle oil all around and cook till evenly done from both the sides.
