Ingredients list for Baked Carrot Chips - SK Khazana

  • 2 Large carrots
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Dried mixed herbs
  • 2 teaspoons Red chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Dried ginger powder (sonth)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Chaat masala
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese powder
  • 2 teaspoons Oil
  • Dip
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dried mixed herbs
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh basil leaves chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180º C.
  2. Peel the carrots and cut into strips and put into a bowl. Add salt, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, ginger powder, chaat masala, parmesan cheese powder and oil in a bowl.
  3. Spread the carrots on a baking tray, keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake at for 20-22 minutes.
  4. Take mayonnaise, mixed herbs, basil leaves and garlic in a small bowl and mix well.
  5. Serve the baked carrot chips with the prepared dip.
