By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Nov 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Large carrots, Salt Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Baked Carrot Chips - SK Khazana 2 Large carrots to taste Salt 2 teaspoons Dried mixed herbs 2 teaspoons Red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon Dried ginger powder (sonth) 1 1/2 teaspoons Chaat masala 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese powder 2 teaspoons Oil Dip 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon Dried mixed herbs 1 tablespoon Fresh basil leaves chopped 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped Method Preheat oven to 180º C. Peel the carrots and cut into strips and put into a bowl. Add salt, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, ginger powder, chaat masala, parmesan cheese powder and oil in a bowl. Spread the carrots on a baking tray, keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake at for 20-22 minutes. Take mayonnaise, mixed herbs, basil leaves and garlic in a small bowl and mix well.
