And did you always think that eating a potato will make you fat?
Well, don’t – it is a surprising source of vitamin C and provides useful amounts of starch, thiamine and niacin and around a hundred grams will provide about eighty calories.

Ingredients for Baked Stuffed Roti Recipe

  • Potato Bhaji 4

  • Rotis 4 teaspoons

  • Chilli sauce 2 teaspoons

  • Potato bhaji 1 cup

  • Milk 3/4 cup

  • Cheese grated 1 cup

  • Spring onion greens chopped few stalks

Method

Step 1

Apply tomato ketchup on one side of the rotis. Then apply a little chilli sauce. Place a portion of potato bhaji in the center of each roti and roll. Pre-heat oven to 200 ˚C.

Step 2

Take a baking dish. Pour a little milk and sprinkle a little of the grated cheese and chopped spring onion greens. Place the roti rolls on it. Pour the remaining milk and sprinkle the remaining grated cheese.

Step 3

Lastly sprinkle the remaining spring onion greens. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ˚C for fifteen minutes. Serve hot.
