By Sanjeev Kapoor 25 Jul 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken wings, Salt Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Barbeque Chicken Wings - SK Khazana 8-12 Chicken wings to taste Salt to taste Black peppercorns crushed 1 tablespoon Refined flour 1 1/2 tablespoons Cornflour 1 tablespo to deep fry Oil 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped 1 cup Barbeque sauce 1 1/2 tablespoons Red chilli sauce 1 tablespoon Tomato ketchup a pinch Sugar 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes for garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Put chicken wings in a bowl. Add salt, crushed peppercorns, refined flour and cornflour, mix well and set aside to marinate for about 30 minutes. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry chicken wings till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick wok. Add garlic and sauté well. Add barbeque sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, sugar and crushed peppercorns, mix well and simmer for a minute. Add chilli flakes and mix. Add fried chicken wings and mix.
