By Sanjeev Kapoor 20 Sep 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Medium beetroots, Medium potatoes Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Beetroot Tikki-SK Khazana 4 Medium beetroots boiled, peeled and mashed 2 Medium potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed 1 Medium onion finely chopped to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Ginger-green chilli paste 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala 1 tablespoon Rice flour for drizzling Oil Method Mix together beetroot and potatoes in a bowl. Heat a non-stick pan. Add onion and dry roast till light golden. Add salt, ginger-green chilli paste and chaat masala to the bowl. Add the roasted onion to the bowl and mix well. Add rice flour and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into tikkis. Heat a non-stick tawa. Place the tikkis on it, drizzle some oil on top and fry, turning sides, till evenly done on both the sides.
