By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Apr 2020 in Recipes Veg New Update Besan Arbi Main Ingredients Colocassia (arbi), Gram flour (besan) Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients 300 grams colocassia (arbi) 2 tablespoons gram flour (besan) 1 tablespoon ghee 1 tablespoon cumin seeds 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala Salt to taste 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves Coriander sprig for garnish Method Slice colocasia into thick roundels and set aside. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and let them change colour. Add the sliced colocasia and sauté for 5-6 minutes. Add gram flour, red chilli powder, chaat masala and salt and toss well. Add chopped coriander and mix well. Take the pan off the heat.
