Ingredients 

  • 300 grams colocassia (arbi)
  • 2 tablespoons gram flour (besan)
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves 
  • Coriander sprig for garnish

Method

  1. Slice colocasia into thick roundels and set aside.
  2. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and let them change colour. Add the sliced colocasia and sauté for 5-6 minutes. Add gram flour, red chilli powder, chaat masala and salt and toss well.
  3. Add chopped coriander and mix well. Take the pan off the heat.
  4. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with fresh coriander sprig and serve hot.
