By Sanjeev Kapoor 03 Jun 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Gram flour (besan), Ghee Cuisine Indian Course Mithais Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Besan ke Laddoo 2 cups Gram flour (besan) 1/2 cup Ghee 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom seeds , crushed 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder 1 tablespoon Cashewnut powder 1 tablespoon Almond powder 1 cup Sugar , powdered for garnish Raisins Method Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add green cardamom kernels and gram flour, mix and cook, stirring continuously, for 10-15 minutes or till fragrant. Remove the pan from heat, transfer into a bowl and stir continuously till it cools down to room temperature. Add cardamom powder, cashew powder, almond powder and powdered sugar to the gram flour mixture and mix gently. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into laddoos.
