Ingredients list for Besan ke Laddoo
- 2 cups Gram flour (besan)
- 1/2 cup Ghee
- 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom seeds , crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- 1 tablespoon Cashewnut powder
- 1 tablespoon Almond powder
- 1 cup Sugar , powdered
- for garnish Raisins
Method
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add green cardamom kernels and gram flour, mix and cook, stirring continuously, for 10-15 minutes or till fragrant. Remove the pan from heat, transfer into a bowl and stir continuously till it cools down to room temperature.
- Add cardamom powder, cashew powder, almond powder and powdered sugar to the gram flour mixture and mix gently.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into laddoos.
- Arrange them on a serving plate, garnish each laddoo with a raisin and serve.
