By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Sep 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Puffed rice (kurmura / murmura), Oil Cuisine Maharashtrian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Bhadang -SK Khazana 4 cups Puffed rice (kurmura / murmura) 2 tablespoons Oil 1 tablespoon Garlic cloves sliced 1/2 cup Raw peanuts 1 sprigs Curry leaves 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon Dried mango powder (amchur) to taste Salt Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and raw peanuts and sauté on low heat for 4-5 minutes. Add curry leaves and sauté till fragrant on low heat. Add red chilli powder, dried mango powder, salt and mix well and sauté for 1 minute on low heat. Add puffed rice, mix well and sauté for 6-8 minutes on low heat. Switch off the heat. Set aside to cool down.
