By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Apr 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Thick yogurt , Condensed milk Cuisine Bengali,Indian Course Desserts Prep Time 3.30-4 hour Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Bhapa Doi - SK Khazana 1 cup Thick yogurt 1 cup Condensed milk 1/4 cup Milk 6-8 Almonds blanched, peeled and slivered 8-10 Pistachios blanched, peeled and slivered Method Take yogurt in a large bowl, add condensed milk and milk and whisk till well combined. Add some almonds and pistachios and mix well. Heat sufficient water in a steamer. Transfer the prepared mixture into small individual earthen pots and sprinkle pistachios on top. Cover each pot with aluminium foil. Place the pots in the steamer, cover and steam for 20-25 minutes. Take them out of the steamer and cool down to room temperature. Further refrigerate till chilled.
