By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 May 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless Chicken, Brown Onion Paste Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Bihari Kabab 400 grams Boneless Chicken cut into cubes 3 tablespoons Brown Onion Paste 1/2 cup Hung yogurt 2 tablespoons Garlic paste 2 teaspoons Cumin powder 2 teaspoons Coriander powder 1 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon Star anise powder 1/2 teaspoon Mace powder to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Oil 4-5 Satay sticks Method Mix onion paste, yogurt, garlic paste, ginger paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, crushed peppercorns, red chilli powder, star anise powder, mace powder, salt in a bowl. Add the chicken cubes and mix well. Keep the chicken in the refrigerator to marinate for one hour. String the marinated chicken cubes onto satay sticks. Heat oil on a non-stick grill pan. Place the satay sticks on it and cook, rotating the satay stick, till the chicken is evenly cooked on all around. Serve immediately with green chutney.
