By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Oct 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Bombil Fry Main Ingredients Bombay duck (bombil), Fresh coriander-garlic paste Cuisine Maharashtrian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients Bombay duck (bombil), chopped and soaked in turmeric powder and salt 1 ½ tablespoons coriander-garlic paste 1 tablespoon mix masala ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder Oil for shallow-frying 2-3 tablespoons semolina (sooji/rava) Onion rings for garnishing Lemon slices for garnishing Mint leaves for garnishing Method Mix together Bombay Duck, coriander-garlic paste, mix masala, turmeric powder and mix well. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Spread semolina over a plate, divide the prepared mixture into equal portions, coat in semolina and shallow-fry till golden-brown and crisp. Turn over to the other side and shallow-fry till golden-brown and crisp. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate.
