Ingredients for Bread Dipping Sauce Recipe

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Balsamic Vinegar 3 tablespoons

  • Balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper powder a pinch

  • Second dip

  • Fresh curly parsley 1-2 sprigs

  • Fresh basil leaves 8-10

  • A little fresh thyme

  • A little fresh rosemary

  • Red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Crushed black peppercorns 1/4 teaspoon

  • Balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon

  • Extra virgin olive oil 3 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

For the first dip, pour extra virgin olive oil in a plate. Add balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper powder and mix well.

Step 2

Dip pieces of bread in it and enjoy.

Step 3

For the second dip, crush together parsley, basil leaves, thyme, rosemary, red chilli flakes, salt, crushed black peppercorns, balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil in a chopper jar and pour into a small bowl.

Step 4

Serve with fresh bread.
