By Sanjeev Kapoor 20 Apr 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Bottle gourd (lauki/doodhi), Carrots Cuisine Indian Course Beverages Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Breakfast Juice 1/2 Bottle gourd (lauki/doodhi) medium 2 medium Carrots peeled 1/2 Green apples 1/2 Red apple 1 medium Orange 1 small bunch Spinach cleaned and stems removed 1 inch Ginger peeled Juice of ½ lemon to taste Black salt (kala namak) Method Roughly chop bottle gourd, carrots, green apple and red apple. Peel orange. Place the chopped vegetables, fruits, spinach leaves and ginger in a blender jar and blend well to extract the juices. Discard the solid mass. Add lemon juice and black salt to the juice and mix well.
