By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Oct 2015 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients French bread, Olive oil Cuisine Italian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Bruschetta 1 French bread for drizzl Olive oil 10-12 Garlic cloves chopped 10-12 Cherry tomatoes cut into halves 4-5 Black olives pitted 4-5 Green olives pitted 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese grated 8-10 + for Basil leaves to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns Method Slice bread diagonally, drizzle some olive oil and add garlic on top. Heat a non-stick tawa. Place the bread garlic side down on it and toast till done. Flip, drizzle some more olive oil and toast till the other side is also evenly done. Combine cherry tomatoes, black olives, green olives, mozzarella cheese, roughly torn basil leaves, salt, crushed peppercorns in a bowl and mix well. Drizzle some more olive oil and mix well. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture on each toasted bread.
