By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 May 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Burani Raita Main Ingredients Garlic, Yogurt Cuisine Indian Course Raitas Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sour Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 8-10 garlic cloves 1 cup yogurt , whisked 3 tablespoons oil 1/2 teaspoon Black salt (kala namak) Salt to taste 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder Method Peel garlic cloves, smash them with the back of a knife and mince them. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and sauté till golden brown. Take the pan off the heat. Strain through a strainer into a bowl. Take yogurt in another bowl, add black salt, salt, red chilli powder and add ¾ of the fried garlic and mix well.
