Ingredients
- 2 cups boiled noodles
 - 1½ tablespoons chopped garlic
 - 1 tablespoon oil
 - 2-3 spring onion bulbs, sliced
 - 5-6 babycorn, diagonally sliced
 - 1 medium carrot, peeled and cut into thin strips
 - ½ cup mixed capsicum strips (red, yellow and green)
 - Salt to taste
 - Crushed black peppercorns to taste
 - 1½ teaspoons soy sauce
 - 2 tablespoons diagonally sliced spring onion greens + for garnishing
 
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick wok. Add garlic and sauté till golden brown. Add spring onion bulbs and sauté for 1 minute.
 - Add babycorn, carrot strips and mixed capsicum strips and sauté for 1 minute. Add noodles and mix well.
 - Add salt, crushed peppercorns and soy sauce, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons spring onion greens and mix well.
 - Serve hot garnished with spring onion greens.
