By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Garlic cloves, Sesame oil (til oil) Cuisine Fusion Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Burnt Garlic Noodles 10-12 Garlic cloves chopped 2 tablespoons Sesame oil (til oil) 200 grams Noodles boiled 2 medium Spring onion finely chopped 1 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns to taste Salt 1/2 tablespoon Soy sauce 1 teaspoon Vinegar Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add chopped garlic and sauté till it turns golden. Strain and set aside. From the strained oil take one tablespoon in a non-stick wok, add most of the spring onion and sauté briefly. Add noodles, crushed black pepper, salt, soy sauce and vinegar. Add the burnt garlic, reserve some for garnish. Toss the rice well. Remove in a serving bowl and serve garnished with the remaining burnt garlic and spring onions.
