Ingredients list for Butter Garlic Vegetable Fried Rice

  • 3 cups Rice cooked
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 7-8 Green garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup Onions chopped
  • 4 tablespoons French beans finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Cabbage grated
  • 2 tablespoons Cauliflower grated
  • 2 tablespoons Carrots grated
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic paste
  • 8-10 stalks Green garlic

Method

  1. Roughly chop green garlic cloves.
  2. Heat butter in a non-stick wok, add garlic and onions and saute.
  3. Add French beans, cabbage, cauliflower and carrot and mix well.
  4. Add salt and cooked rice. Sprinkle ΒΌ cup water. Add garlic paste and mix well.
  5. Finely chop green garlic stalks and add and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
