Butter garlic mushroom

Ingredients 

  • 200 grams button mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon pine nuts(chilgoza)
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black peppercorns to taste

Method

  1. Remove the stem of the mushrooms and wash them thoroughly.
  2. Slice them well. In a non stick pan, heat butter, sauté the garlic and onions till pink. Add the mushrooms and caramelize them. Add the pine nuts, fresh herbs, salt and pepper and mix well. Serve with toast.
