By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Aug 2015 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Button mushrooms, Garlic Cuisine Fusion Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients 200 grams button mushrooms 2 teaspoons chopped garlic 2 teaspoons butter 1 medium onion, chopped 1 tablespoon pine nuts(chilgoza) Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns to taste Method Remove the stem of the mushrooms and wash them thoroughly. Slice them well. In a non stick pan, heat butter, sauté the garlic and onions till pink. Add the mushrooms and caramelize them. Add the pine nuts, fresh herbs, salt and pepper and mix well.
