By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Eggs, Garlic Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Caesar Devil Eggs 4 Eggs hardboiled and peeled 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped 1 teaspoon Capers 1 teaspoon Mayonnaise 1 teaspoon Red wine vinegar 1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese powder 1 tablespoon Olive oil to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns 2-3 Lettuce leaves romaine, torn Method Halve eggs, separate yolks and put into a bowl and place the whites on a serving platter. Mash the egg yolks, add garlic, capers and whisk with an electric beater. Add mayonnaise and mix well. Add red wine vinegar and whisk. Add parmesan cheese powder and whisk again. Add olive oil and whisk. Add 1 tablespoon water and whisk well. Add salt and crushed peppercorns and whisk well. Fill a piping bag fitted with star nozzle with the yolk mixture and pipe it out into the egg white shells. Place a torn lettuce leaf over reach shell.
