By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Medium potatoes, Red chili flakes Cuisine Spanish Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 4-6 medium potatoes, parboiled and cut into wedges 1½ teaspoons red chilli flakes ½ teaspoon oregano ½ teaspoon thyme Crushed black peppercorns to taste Salt to taste 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder 2 tablespoons butter, melted Method Preheat the oven to 200C. In a baking tray, place potatoes, red chilli flakes, oregano, thyme, crushed peppercorns, salt, red chilli powder, butter and mix well. Place the tray in the preheated oven till the potatoes turn golden brown and crisp. Remove from heat.
