By Sanjeev Kapoor 03 Jun 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Whole wheat rotis, Small prawns Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Cajun Prawn Wrap 4 large Whole wheat rotis 1 cup Small prawns ,peeled and deveined 1 teaspoon Cajun spice 1 tablespoon Oil 1 tablespoon Garlic ,chopped 1-2 Spring onion bulbs ,sliced to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns for spreading Mayonnaise 1/4 medium Purple cabbage ,shredded 4 tablespoons Carrot , peeled and cut into thin srips 4 tablespoons Cucumber , peeled and cut into thin strips to serve Tomato ketchup Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and spring onion bulbs, mix and sauté for 1 minute. Add prawns, mix and saute for 1 minute. Add salt, crushed peppercorns and Cajun spice, mix and cook till prawns are done. Transfer onto a plate. Heat a non-stick tawa and warm the rotis and transfer them on a plate. Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise on each roti. Put some shredded purple cabbage, 1 tablespoon carrot strips, 1 tablespoon cucumber slices and ¼ cooked prawns mixture in the center of the roti and roll.
