By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Yogurt, Condensed milk Cuisine Bengali Course Mithais Prep Time 2.30-3 hour Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Caramel Bhapa Doi 1 cup Yogurt 400 grams Condensed milk sweetened ½ cup Caramel Sauce 1 cup Milk 10-12 Pistachios blanched and slivered 6-8 Almonds blanched and slivered Method Put yogurt, condensed milk, caramel sauce and milk in a large bowl and whisk. Strain the mixture into another large bowl. Transfer mixture into individual earthen pots and cover with aluminium foil. Heat some water in a deep non-stick pan. Place a steamer on top and bring the water to a boil. Place earthen pots in the steamer, cover and steam for 10 minutes. Remove the pots from steamer and cool down to room temperature.
