By Sanjeev Kapoor 29 Aug 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Strawberry ice cream, Butterscotch ice cream Cuisine Italian Course Desserts Prep Time 4-5 hour Cook time Cooking Time Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Cassata-SK Khazana 1 cup Strawberry ice cream 1 cup Butterscotch ice cream 1 cup Vanilla ice cream 1x6 inch Chocolate sponge cake sliced horizontally into 2 2 tablespoons Almonds chopped 2 tablespoons Pistachios chopped 2 tablespoons Cashewnuts chopped 2 tablespoons Dark chocolate chips Method Keep one slice of chocolate sponge cake in a silicon loaf mould. Top with a layer of strawberry ice cream and freeze for 10-15 minutes. Top with a layer of butterscotch ice cream and freeze for 10-15 minutes. Fill a piping bag fitted with a nozzle with vanilla ice cream and pipe on top of the butterscotch layer. Mix together almonds, pistachios, cashewnuts and chocolate chips in a bowl. Sprinkle this mixture on top of the ice cream. Freeze till set.
