Combine tuna, mayonnaise, onion, jalapeno paste salt in another bowl and mix well. Place a large ring mould on a serving plate. Add the potato mixture in it and level it out. Spread a layer of tuna mixture on top and remove the ring mould. Garnish with boiled egg slices and black olives and serve immediately.
