By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Onion, Tomato Cuisine Indo-Mexican Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Chana Chur Garam Nachos 1 medium Onion finely chopped 1 medium Tomato finely chopped large chana chor garam 1-1½ cups 1 Pickled jalapenos finely chopped 1 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes 1 tablespoon Lemon juice ¼ cup Cheese sauce as required Processed cheese grated Method Preheat oven to 180º C. Put onion, tomato, jalapeno, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli flakes and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well. Line an oval glass baking dish with chana chur garam and put onion mixture on top. Pour cheese sauce and cover with some processed cheese on top. Place the baking dish in a baking tray. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or till the cheese melts.
