By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Nov 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Ready dosa batter, Processed cheese Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Cheese Dosa - SK Khazana 2 cups Ready dosa batter as required Processed cheese grated as required Oil as required Butter as required Schezwan sauce as required 3 coloured capsicums chopped as required American corn kernels boiled as required Black olives chopped as required Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped as required Cheese sauce Method Heat a non-stick tawa. Pour 1 teaspoon oil on it and rub it all over the tawa with a wet tissue. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread to make large thin disc. Spread some butter lightly and cook till the underside is half done. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon mixed capsicums, 1 tablespoon corn kernels, 1 tablespoon black olives, 1-2 teaspoons coriander leaves, salt, crushed black peppercorns, 1 tablespoon cheese sauce and 2 tablespoons grated processed cheese. Fold the dosa and sprinkle some more coriander leaves.
