Rub the inside of the pan with a cut clove of garlic. Put in the butter and pavbhaji masala and sauté on low heat for a minute. Add half a cup of water and mix. Stir in both the grated cheese and continue to cook for five minutes. Add tomato puree and mix well. Transfer the mixture into a fondue set and add lemon juice. Break hard bread roughly.
