Cheese Stuffed Seekh Kebabs The popular street food – chicken seekh kebabs stuffed with cheese sticks and deep-fried. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Mozzarella cheese, Chicken mince Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Cheese Stuffed Seekh Kebabs as required Mozzarella cheese sticks, 8 x 2 inch 250 grams Chicken mince for deep-frying Oil 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder 1 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon Mint leaves 1-2 Green chillies finely chopped ½ teaspoon Chaat masala ¼ cup Onion fried for coating Bread crumbs dried 2 Eggs Method Take chicken mince in a bowl. Add ginger-garlic paste, salt, garam masala powder, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, chaat masala and fried onion and mix well. Grind the chicken mixture to make a smooth mixture and transfer in the same bowl. Divide the chicken mixture into equal portions and wrap each portion around a mozzarella cheese stick to make kebabs. Heat sufficient oil in a pan. Spread some breadcrumbs on a plate. Break eggs in a bowl and whisk well. Coat each kebab with breadcrumbs, dip in egg and deep-fry in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
