Cheesy Chicken Bombs This is a double chicken dhamaka – chicken tikka coated with chicken mince-cheese mixture and deep-fried. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken Tikka, Chicken mince Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Cheesy Chicken Bombs 250 grams Chicken Tikka cut, ½ inch pieces 2 cup Chicken mince 2 tablespoons Mozzarella cheese grated 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic-green chilli paste to taste Salt ½ teaspoon Garam masala powder ¼ teaspoon Green cardamom powder ¼ teaspoon Dried mango powder to deep fry Oil for greasing and for coating Bread crumbs Method Take chicken mince in a bowl. Add ginger-garlic-green chilli paste, salt, garam masala powder, cardamom powder, dried mango powder and cheese and mix well. Grease your palms with oil, divide the chicken-cheese mixture into equal portions, coat the tikka pieces with them and shape into balls. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Spread breadcrumbs on a plate, coat the stuffed balls in it and deep-fry in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
