Cheesy Paneer Papdi Canapes get an Indian touch with papdi and cottage cheese mixture. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Mozzarella cheese, Paneer (cottage cheese) Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Cheesy Paneer Papdi as required Mozzarella cheese 70 grams Paneer (cottage cheese) small cubes 16 Papdis 1 tablespoon Oil 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 small Onion finely chopped to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Green chutney to taste Crushed black peppercorns 16 Cherry tomatoes roundels for garnish coriander sprig Method Preheat oven to 180° C. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add cumin seeds and sauté for 30 seconds. Add onion and sauté. Add salt and sauté till onion turns translucent. Add green chutney and sauté for 1 minute. Add cottage cheese, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add crushed peppercorns and mix. Put some cottage cheese mixture in the centre of each papdi and grate some mozzarella cheese on top. Place them on a baking tray. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake till cheese melts. Place papdis in small individual serving plates and place one cherry tomato roundel on the side.
