This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 20 Dec 2013 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cherry jam, Cream cheese Cuisine American Course Desserts Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Cherry Berry Cheesecake 2 tablespoons Cherry jam Cream cheese 2 tablespoons Berry Jam 12-14 Digestive biscuits crushed 50 grams Butter melted 1 1/2 cups Fresh cream chilled 1 cup Hung yogurt 2 tablespoons Cream cheese 1/2 cup Sugar Free Natura 1 tablespoon Gelatin 20-25 Fresh cherries Method Whip fresh cream with a hand blender till it thickens. Add hung yogurt and whip again. Transfer into a bowl. Put berry jam, cherry jam, cream cheese and diet sugar in the blender and blend. Add this to the cream-yogurt mixture and mix well. Add melted butter to crushed biscuits and mix well. Line the base of a spring form tin with this mixture. Press well and keep in the refrigerator to set for some time. Pour ΒΌ cup water in a bowl and heat it in microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Take it out and add gelatine and stir till it dissolves completely. Cool it completely and add to the cream-yogurt mixture and mix well. Pour this over the biscuit base in the spring form tin and level the surface. Arrange fresh cherries around the edge of the tin and keep in refrigerator till well set.
