Be a kid or a teenage or an adult or an oldie, chicken lovers trend all over the world at all times! One meat that is a favourite of all beyond belief! When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Ingredients for Chicken Crispy Recipe

  • Boneless Chicken cut into very thin strips 400 grams

  • Oil 4 teaspoons + for deep-frying

  • Refined flour 1/2 cup

  • Salt to taste

  • Cornstarch 2 teaspoons

  • Onion 1 medium

  • Green chillies 4

  • Green capsicum cut into strips 1 medium

  • Red capsicum cut into strips 1 medium

  • Green chilli sauce 1 teaspoon


Step 1

Take chicken strips in a bowl.

Step 2

Heat sufficient oil in a wok.

Step 3

Add refined flour, salt and cornstarch in the bowl and mix well.

Step 4

Deep-fry chicken strips in hot oil till golden and crisp.

Step 5

Cut onion into halves and slice.

Step 6

Take 4 tsps oil from the wok and add to another non-stick wok on heat.

Step 7

Slice green chillies lengthwise.

Step 8

Add onion to the oil and saute. Add green and red capsicum strips and saute well.

Step 9

Add fried chicken, sliced green chillies, green chilli sauce and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute.

Step 10

Serve hot
