By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Oct 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Chicken Farcha Main Ingredients Chicken drumsticks, Ginger-garlic paste Cuisine Parsi Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients 8 chicken drumsticks 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste 1½ teaspoons coriander powder 1 teaspoon cumin powder ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon red chilli powder Crushed black peppercorns to taste Salt to taste 1 tablespoon lemon juice Oil for deep-frying ½ cup breadcrumbs 2 eggs, beaten Onion rings for garnishing Lemon slices for garnishing Fresh mint leaves for garnishing Method Put chicken drumsticks in a bowl. Add ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, crushed peppercorns and salt and mix. Add lemon juice and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Spread breadcrumbs on a plate and coat the marinated chicken drumsticks. Dip each prepared chicken drumstick in beaten egg and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
