Be a kid or a teenage or an adult or an oldie, chicken lovers trend all over the world at all times! One meat that is a favourite of all beyond belief! When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Ingredients for Chicken Garlic Bites Recipe

  • Boneless chicken breasts cut into small pieces 2

  • Garlic chopped 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Garlic paste 1 tablespoon

  • Green chilli 1/2

  • Fresh mint leaves 5-6

  • Fresh coriander leaves a few sprigs

  • Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Egg 1

  • Dried breadcrumbs 1/2 cup

  • Oil to grease

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180° C.

Step 2

Put chopped garlic and garlic paste into a bowl. Chop green chilli, mint leaves and coriander leaves and add.

Step 3

Add red chilli powder, salt and egg and mix well. Add chicken pieces and breadcrumbs and mix well.

Step 4

Grease a baking dish with some oil. Shape the chicken mixture into small balls and place in the dish. Prick a toothpick on each ball.

Step 5

Keep the dish in the preheated oven and cook for 20 minutes or till done.

Step 6

Serve hot with garlic sauce or any sauce of your choice.
