Chicken Keema Mutter A spicy and aromatic North Indian delight, made with minced chicken cooked in a rich and creamy tomato-based gravy, peas, and a blend of warming spices. By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken mince (keema), Green peas Cuisine Mumbai Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients 400 grams chicken mince (keema) ½ cup green peas, blanched 2 tablespoons oil ½ teaspoon cumin seeds 1 large onion, chopped 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste 1 medium tomato, chopped Salt to taste 1½ teaspoons red chilli powder ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves ½ teaspoon garam masala powder 1 tablespoon lemon juice Pavs to serve Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and let the colour change. Add onion, sauté well and cook till golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste, sauté for a minute. Add tomato and salt, mix well. Cook till the mixture is pulpy. Add chicken mince, sauté on high heat for 4-5 minutes. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, and green peas, mix well. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add garam masala powder, switch the flame off and add lemon juice.
