By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken mince (keema), Green peas Cuisine Mumbai Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Keema Mutter 400 grams Chicken mince (keema) 1/2 cup Green peas blanched 2 tablespoons Oil 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 Large onion chopped 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 1 Medium tomato chopped to taste Salt 1 1/2 teaspoons Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder 1 tablespoon Lemon juice to serve Pavs Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and saute till their colour changes. Add onion, mix well and sauté till onion turns golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste, mix and sauté for 1 minute or till the raw smells disappear. Add tomato and salt, mix well, cover and cook till the mixture is pulpy. Add chicken mince, mix well and sauté on high heat for 4-5 minutes. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander leaves and green peas and mix well. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add garam masala powder and lemon juice and mix well. Take the pan off the heat.
