By Sanjeev Kapoor 17 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken, Artichoke Cuisine Italian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken and Artichoke Pizza ¾ cup Chicken boiled, shredded 100 grams Artichoke tinned as required Pizza dough readymade for dusting Refined flour (maida) For topping Pesto sauce 8-10 Garlic cloves sliced, fried 6-7 Green olives pitted, sliced 6-7 Black olives pitted, sliced to taste Crushed black peppercorns to taste Salt 10-12 Basil leaves 50 grams Mozzarella cheese to sprinkle Olive oil Method Preheat oven to 180° C. Dust a baking tray with some flour. Dust the worktop with some flour. Place the dough on it and knock back to release excess air. Roll out into a square sheet. Place the sheet on the dusted tray and dork using a knife. Spread pesto sauce all over the surface and top with artichoke, chicken, garlic, green olives and black olives. Sprinkle crushed peppercorns, and salt on top. Place few basil leaves, grate mozzarella cheese and drizzle olive oil on top. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
