Ingredients list for Chilgoza Paneer

  • 200 grams Pinenuts
  • 400 grams Cottage Cheese
  • as required Chaat masala
  • as required Black pepper powder
  • as required Pickle masala
  • a few Salted butter
  • a few Fresh parsley

Method

  1. Cut paneer into ½ inch thick round slices and then into small roundels with a cookie cutter.
  2. Prick pine nuts all around the outer edge of the roundels.
  3. Sprinkle chaat masala and pepper powder.
  4. Spread a thin layer of pickle masala on salty biscuits and place a paneer roundel on each of them.
  5. Place a small parsley leaf on top and serve immediately.
