Ingredients
- 6 Cream crackers
- ½ teaspoon finely chopped green chillies
- 4-5 tablespoons cream cheese
- Grated processed cheese to sprinkle
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped green capsicum
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped red capsicum
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onions
- ½ teaspoon chopped fresh coriander leaves + to sprinkle
- Salt to taste
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180° C.
- Take cream cheese in a bowl, add green capsicum, red capsicum, onion and green chillies and mix well. Add coriander, salt and mix well.
- Arrange the cream crackers on a baking tray, spread the cream cheese mixture generously over each of them. Sprinkle some cheese over each.
- Place the baking tray in the preheated tray and bake till the cheese melts.
- Take the tray out of the oven and arrange the canapés on a serving platter. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
