Ingredients 

  • 6 Cream crackers
  • ½ teaspoon finely chopped green chillies
  • 4-5 tablespoons cream cheese
  • Grated processed cheese to sprinkle
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped green capsicum
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped red capsicum
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onions
  • ½ teaspoon chopped fresh coriander leaves + to sprinkle
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  2. Take cream cheese in a bowl, add green capsicum, red capsicum, onion and green chillies and mix well. Add coriander, salt and mix well.
  3. Arrange the cream crackers on a baking tray, spread the cream cheese mixture generously over each of them. Sprinkle some cheese over each.
  4. Place the baking tray in the preheated tray and bake till the cheese melts.
  5. Take the tray out of the oven and arrange the canapés on a serving platter. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
