Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh red chilli
 - 1/4 cup tuna fish (canned)
 - 250 grams fettuccine, boiled
 - 1 tablespoon pine nuts(chilgoza)
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 7-8 garlic cloves, finely chopped
 - 1 tablespoon roughly chopped capers
 - Salt to taste
 - Black pepper powder to taste
 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
 - Cheddar cheese shavings for garnishing
 
Method
- Toast pine nuts in a non-stick pan till lightly browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
 - Heat olive oil in the same pan. Add garlic and saute. Add chilli and saute. Add capers and saute for a minute.
 - Add tuna, mix and cook for 2 minutes. Add toasted pine nuts, mix and cook for a minute. Add salt, pepper powder and mix well.
 - Add fettuccine and ½ tablespoon chopped parsley. Mix well and switch off heat.
 - Serve hot garnished with remaining chopped parsley.
