By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients French fries, Oil Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Chinese French Fries 1 1/2 cups French fries 1 tablespoon Oil 4 Spring onion bulbs finely chopped 6-7 Button mushrooms sliced 1 Small carrot peeled and cut into thick strips and blanched 8-10 Broccoli florets blanched to taste Salt 1 1/2 tablespoons Red chilli sauce 2 teaspoons Soy sauce 2-3 stalks Spring onion greens chopped 1 tablespo to garnish Burnt garlic Method Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add spring onion bulbs and sauté till translucent. Add mushrooms, mix and saute for 1 minute. Add carrot, broccoli and salt, mix well and saute for 1-2 minutes. Add red chilli sauce, soy sauce and French fries and mix well. Add most of the spring onion greens and burnt garlic, mix well and take the pan off the heat.
